History[]
Past[]
In his youth, Orter once attended the Police Academy alongside his junior. At this point in life, Orter only sought to do the bare minimum and was content with getting a decent job with a decent salary to get by in life. He was partnered with his junior who was obsessed with justice and order, who tried to instill these values into Orter. They went on missions together, which Orter enjoyed despite showing little emotion. However, his junior died in one mission, and with his dying words, told Orter to bring order to the world so no more lives would be lost. The Police Academy was incorporated into Easton Magic Academy (citation needed) and Orter later became a Divine Visionary.
