Tsurara Halestone is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Magic Research Administration, a subdivision of the Bureau of Magic.

Tsurara is a young woman of short stature with dark-blue hair that has single long hair strand going across the left side of her face, cyan-blue eyes and she has two lines going down the left side of her face.
She wears a blue robe with a black eyepatch with a light blue snowflake over her right eye, a light yellow scarf, blue trousers, brown shoes and a pale blue cap over on the left side of her head.
Personality[]
Tsurara is a timid and clumsy young woman who seems to be always cold and she keeps to herself that she often stays in the background.
She appears to dislike her own personal magic and wishes to have something warm like fire magic instead.
